1.  Comprehensive Engineering Training National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center


There are a practical teaching area of 19,600 square meters in the center, nearly 80 teachers, engineering technology personnel and technology teaching and counseling personnel, and over 1,200 sets of various traditional equipment, modern equipment and instruments and meters listed in fixed assets with a fixed asset value of over RMB 16,000,000. On average, more than 10,000 person-times of mechanical manufacturing engineering, electronic manufacturing engineering and students of open and innovative production are received every year, making an important contribution to the undergraduate practical teaching of engineering undergraduates. It highlights that "return engineering" is the soul of practical teaching for engineering undergraduates. Based on the characteristics that engineering students will finally enter the society and enter the research, development and manufacturing field, the Center concentrates and refines traditional equipment and processing technology, modern equipment and processing technology commonly used in current mechanical and electronic manufacturing engineering, and cooperates with students' theoretical and professional course teaching to provide multiple engineering practice opportunities for students during their four years undergraduate study to enable them to be able to basically understand traditional processing equipment, modern processing equipment, commonly used instruments and meters, and basic processing technology process needed in the process of mechanical product manufacturing and electronic product manufacturing through the multiple practice learning opportunities, and enable them to grasp the operation methods of commonly used equipment and instruments and the basic methods of the design and programming of spare parts through the preparation of simple mechanical product courseware and electronic product courseware. It enables students to reserve more engineering technology knowledge and skills to meet the needs of social competition and improvement of scientific and technological innovation capabilities.  

 

2.  Provincial Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Mechatronic Engineering

 

Relying on the major of Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, the Center was established in 2010, and is a first-class mechatronic engineering development experimental teaching base and innovative experimental teaching and experimental research base for university students in the country. There is a team of young and powerful experimental teachers. There are full-time and part-time experimental teachers of 42, including 10 professors and 30 doctors. The Center is composed of 12 laboratories of mechanics of materials, mechanism and machine theory, fundamental of mechanical manufacturing, microcomputer principle and system design, engineering fluid mechanics, hydraulic and pneumatic technology, sensor technology, thermal control technology of electronic equipment, electromagnetic compatibility design, mechanical and electrical integration microcomputer comprehensive development, and electronic engineering synthesis, with an experimental using area of over 1,400 square meters, over 800 sets of instruments and equipment, and a total asset of over RMB 6,700,000. In the face of the School of Mechano-Electronic Engineering, the Center offers 6 majors such as Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation and offers 10 compulsory professional courses, 2 publicly-selected experimental courses and more than 70 experimental projects, and it is an important base of the School of Mechano-Electronic Engineering to organize and develop scientific and technological activities and innovative practice for students.  

 

3.  Provincial Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Center of Electronic Equipment


The Center is built on the basis of the Comprehensive Engineering Training National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center and supported by the Comprehensive Engineering Training National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center and several university-enterprise joint laborites. It gathers a team of innovative and vigorous teachers with reasonable knowledge, age, title, and student structure. With the help of virtual reality, multimedia, human-computer interaction, database and network communication, and other technologies, the Center has built a highly simulated virtual enterprise experimental environment and experimental objects to achieve the teaching functions that are not available or difficult to complete in real experiments, and built a comprehensive teaching and experimental system platform that integrates experience, practice, innovation, research and development. In the future, the virtual simulation laboratory will expand to digital factories and support the collaboration of multidisciplinary disciplines and combine with social needs such as industrial engineering, electronic packaging, corporate management, and new product research and development.  

 

4.  Provincial Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Center of Measurement and Instrument

 

The Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching Center of Measurement and Instrument is an innovative teaching center for industry-university-research cooperation built on the basis of the Comprehensive Engineering Training National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, with the Measurement and Control Professional Teaching Laboratory and the Xidian - CETC Electronic Measurement Instrument Innovation Center as the platform. According to the plan of the syllabus of courses related to measurement and control technology and instrument, through building a highly simulated measurement and instrument virtual experimental environment and experimental objects, students do experiments in the virtual environment, reaching the requirements of the syllabus. The measurement and instrument virtual simulation experiment platform includes microwave circuit design virtual simulation experiment platform, virtual instrument design experiment platform, automatic test experiment simulation experiment platform and time frequency characteristic virtual experiment simulation experiment resources, and so on. The Center strengthens the transformation of scientific research results to experimental resources, actively uses external resources from university-enterprise cooperation to supplement experimental resources, adheres to the principle of "combination of virtuality and reality, mutual complement, and reality superiority", and promotes the training of innovative measurement and instrument talents in the form of "combination of virtuality and reality".
